Ordinance #270 - Multiple Family DwellingAN
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MARION CITY ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF
MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING AND REPEALING THE DEFINITION OF TWO-FAMILY DWELLING.
That Section 2.02 of the Marion City Zoning Ordinances is hereby amended
so that the definition of multiple family dwelling found in Section 2.02 of the
Marion City Zoning Ordinances shall read as follows: Dwelling,
Multiple Family.
A residential building containing two or more household units including
apartments, condominiums, and townhouses.
IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
That Section 2.02 of the Marion City Zoning Ordinances concerning the
definition of two-family dwelling is hereby repealed. Ron
