AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PLACEMENT OF
STRUCTURES OR DEVICES IN STREETS OR STREET CURBS IN THE CITY OF
MARION
.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
MARION
,
SOUTH
DAKOTA
:
1.
It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, build, construct, maintain,
deposit or place any structure or device of any kind that restricts the flow of
drainage on City streets on or adjacent to the street curb or that impedes
drainage in any way.
2.
Violation of this Ordinance is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
3.
That this Ordinance shall be applied prospectively.
4.
Violation of this Ordinance shall be a Class 2 misdemeanor.
