Ordinance #240 - Supplemental Appropriation

BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Marion, Turner County, South Dakota that the following sums are appropriated for budgeting additional expenditures for the current year which the annual appropriation ordinance has failed to provide.  The General Fund, Park, Water and Sewer Funds have adequate funds for the following supplemental appropriations:

           GENERAL GOVERNMENT

General Fund:

            City Attorney                 1,822.65

            Finance Office              3,619.30

            Streets                        39,186.86

            Landfill                              128.78

            Garbage                          739.00

Park Dept.                                5,404.93

Water Dept.                              2,133.68

Sewer Dept.                           10,721.37

All parts of this Ordinance are hereby given as expressed.
